Hostile Environment Trauma Skills (HETS), IHCD First Person on Scene – Intermediate (IHCD FPOS-I).
This (HETS course has been designed for the hostile environment medic, this is NOT a standard FPOS-I course, the course aims to provide students with advanced knowledge & skills in order for them to care for the critically ill trauma patient for a prolonged (up to 24hr) period. Certification following successful completion includes -
- IHCD FPOS-I
- AED user
- Medical Gases Therapy
- Transeacure Group OETS Specialist Competencies Certificates.
Emergency Medical Responder
On sucuccessful completition of the course you recieve an EMR certificate, also included are the , AED and Medical Gases Therapy certificates.
Emergency Medical Technician
This course is the next stage in your medical career. Successful completion of our EMR or FPSO-I course will meet the entry criteria for this course. For more information on other qualifications that will allow you to attend this course please contact our staff.
Advanced Emergency Medical Technician
Entry criteria for this course will be EMT certification.
